Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

3 to 5 Years in skilling sector with at least 2 years in the area of Mobilization / Academic/ Lead/ Placement (Experience within the Deshpande Education Trust would be an added advantage).

• Proven experience of business manager or equivalent relevant role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a team of people, events management, and relationship development.
• Able to move and reside in allocated division. With flexibility to travel constantly.
• Demonstrable Empathy for the people, program, and practice.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively & setting clear goals and expectations.
• Proficiency in local language with fluency in writing & speaking English.
• Ability to handle tech and leverage for better delivery of the program impact.
• Ability to work in matrix structure and developing the team at the division.

• Strive to achieve 70% - 80% Placement numbers with Local employment opportunity.
• Grow, support, and maintain relationships with institutions of repute in the educational field.

• Achieving the residential admission defined targets.
• Securing Budget & Revenue collection for the program.
• Managing, monitoring, and reporting to the management of DF.
• Resource allocation (Trainers, Mobilization, Placement, Supports team)
• Identifying Lab for practical and ICT training with sustainable and affordable model.
• Liaison with local Govt. & Non-Govt. officials including permission.
• Ensuring Skill Plus Implementation followed by QMS and Policies
