Job Description:

This position is responsible for designing and developing the curriculum, train internal team members as well as government school teachers and stay abreast of early grade pedagogical developments.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and secondary research (online) skills

• Ability to work with teams, developing and coaching people
• Willing to travel for schools visit or training programs as required

Responsibilities:

• Design activities, lesson plans, worksheets, and evaluations in line with government primary school curriculum (NCF)
• Develop training materials (presentation, activities, and worksheets) aligning to modules/topics recommended for government primary school teachers
• Carry out testing and evaluation of materials developed prior finalization
• Periodically visit the program schools to understand the curriculum implementation and improve the content as necessary
• Lead training programs for internal academics team as well as for government primary school teachers
• Work closely with partnerships/collaborations forged for curriculum development and ensure timely deliverables if any
