# Deshpande Educational Trust (DET)

> DET delivers NSDC-aligned skill development, English communication, digital skills, and job placement programs for rural youth across India through three core programs: SkillPlus, Skill in Village, and EarlySpark.

Deshpande Educational Trust is a non-profit based in Hubballi, Karnataka. It runs residential and rural training programs that prepare graduates from rural India for employment in corporate, retail, BPO, IT-enabled, and manufacturing sectors, with a strong focus on women's participation and rural transformation.
