Position description:

English Trainer has to help the students understand English, speak it and be able to write and read it

Core Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organizing and delivering content to the students
• Preparing course work collaterals, assessments, handouts
• Recording and maintaining the students attendance
• Evaluating individual students’ learning growth and documenting
• Classroom management
• Developing lesson plans
• Creating vibrant classroom atmosphere

Personal abilities:

• Should be good communicator as you will be on many occasions communicating with parents and society
• Planning and organizational skills
