Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• We are looking for a dynamic and motivated manager who will be based in Hubballi, Karnataka and play a significant role in building the Deshpande Foundation’s platform of the future.
• Develop business plans for the effective scaling of our programs Conduct market research to develop a nuanced understanding of the needs of our beneficiaries
• Benchmark our programs with best practice Develop and help implement effective quality assurance systems for skill development programs
• Design clusters to support our micro-entrepreneurs Develop and implement systems to provide timely feedback to donors

Key Competency and Skills:

• Strong analytical capabilities Prior experience in business planning, market research, and program evaluation is desirable.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills Fluency in English and basic knowledge of Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada would be a plus
• We expect the candidate to be a mature and inventive self-starter who is comfortable collaborating with people with diverse educational backgrounds.
