Deshpande Skilling is transforming rural India by equipping youth from tier II/III towns with the skills needed for organized sector jobs. With an 80% success rate, graduates have been placed with companies like Infosys, Cognizant, and Omega Healthcare. The initiative is powered by a 222,000 sq. ft. Residential Skilling Campus in Hubballi, which includes academic blocks, workspaces, hostels, and R&D hubs. The SkillPlus program, born from the highly successful SkillPlus-R, integrates seamlessly with college academic calendars to equip final-year BA, BSc, BCS, and BCom students with critical, job-ready skills.
