Job Description:

We are hiring Instructors who will be trained by the EarlySpark team and then assigned to government schools where they will work directly with the NaliKali teachers inside the classroom and implement our co-teaching methodology. The instructor's role will be to empower the teachers to adopt best practices in their classrooms while covering the prescribed lesson plan in an effective manner.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Adapt and deliver the curriculum (which has been developed in accordance with new teaching techniques) as is without any objections or alterations
• Assist the teachers in completion of the lesson plans provided by the ES curriculum adviser to meet specific student needs
• Encourage and motivate teachers to adopt best practices & new techniques and strategies to improve the students learning outcome
• Building good rapport with the school management including teachers, headmasters and local government authorities
• Manage students from diverse levels (grade 1, 2 & 3) and abilities in one classroom
• Assesses and record student development - identifying problem areas which need attention and improvement
• Support the teachers to provide a safe, positive learning environment for all students
• Any other activities as per the requirements of the program.

Requirements:

Qualifications - Any Degree/PG

Since the medium of instruction is English, the candidate should be comfortable in speaking, reading and writing both English & Kannada

Passion to teach young children (6-10 years of age)

Should be flexible to travel long distances within Dharwad district and relocate if required
