Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Work with one or more government primary schools to conduct the activities as per Early Spark curriculum.
Develop strong professional relations with government school teachers and coach them to adopt the pedagogical techniques designed by EarlySpark program
Strictly adhere to the teaching guidelines prescribed by the program (providing a safe, positive learning environment, maintaining personal hygiene, remaining calm and patient throughout at school etc.)
Complete the teaching schedules as assigned by the academics head/program executive and cooperate as necessary
Understand and capture the necessary data points (students’ attendance, participation, teachers’ teaching method etc.) as per the program data tools
Assess and record students performances using the predefined assessment form, while identifying problem areas that need attention and improvement
Coordinating and facilitating teacher training programs, school visit programs and summer camp activities as scheduled by the program team
Key Competency and Skills:
Passionate to work with early grade children (6 to 8 years old)
Good written and spoken skills (English preferably)
Acquainted in MS Office Suite
Creative and innovative thinking
Ability to work with teams, developing and coaching people
Willing to travel to conduct training and coaching in schools
Focuses on result and responds positively to feedback
Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
